At Ace Mega Store, we are committed to delivering your groceries and household essentials quickly and reliably. Unlike marketplace models, we manage our own inventory. All orders are dispatched directly from our UK-managed fulfillment center to ensure quality control and fast turnaround.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:

International: We offer international shipping to select countries [Optional: e.g., across Europe and Southeast Asia]. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Estimates for UK mainland deliveries are as follows:

Because we are a traditional stock-holding retailer, we only list items that are physically present in our inventory.

We do not "back-order" from third-party suppliers, ensuring you only pay for what is ready to ship.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Ace Global Mega Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damaged Goods
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact our support team at aceglobalcorpgroup@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
